Every call Hayloo has made on this Substack this summer is below. When we made the same call again, only the first one is listed. The misses stay in.
Here’s the short version.
We closed 7 trades with a printed result, and all 7 made money. We sold Bitcoin, Solana, and XRP into the rallies of August and September, harvested our shorts into the June lows, and banked profits on the longs that hedged our Solana and Bitcoin shorts.
We called the May drop in Bitcoin and won. Then we stayed bearish through the summer relief rally, and that call lost. Bitcoin went from just above $60,000 in early July to a weekly close of $86,511 on October 4.
We took profits on our hedges, and pulled up our shorts. We begin printing profits on the latest marks. A trade call is decided when we close it. We hold the Bitcoin short until $87,397 breaks on volume.
Hayloo Unchained by JFederer is a private Swiss crypto fund. It has been sold out for five years: no client in, no client out, nothing to sell.
THE TAPE is the only seat left at the table. Writing THE TAPE keeps us honest. A thesis you publish is one you can't lie to yourself about.
How We Score
A call is one of our trades, or a forecast we publish. A trade stays open until we report it closed.
A forecast is won when its target is reached, and lost when the thing we said would prove it wrong happens. When its window ends first, the first close after that day decides it.
A call we repeated counts once. When we made the same call again and it ended the same way, only the first one is listed.
Every week, each open call is marked 🟢 winning or 🔴 losing against the newest close. Hayloo, our Neurosynchronic Compound AI System, does the math. But humans made every call.
The Trades
The Forecasts
On our use of AI:
We’re a private crypto fund out of Switzerland. We built a Neurosymbolic Compound AI System for our own desk: it follows our strategies, it reads the news that affect our portfolio, it sits on a database going back decades, and brings math to our everyday emotions. We call it Hayloo. It’s our best hire. This Substack is compiled by Hayloo and approved by us.
Humans have written machine-assisted for centuries. What never changes is who decides.
Nothing at Hayloo INC. was ever decided by a machine. What we publish is what we defend as a team. When it’s wrong, it’s wrong because humans signed it.
